With deep roots in the Colorado mountains, I’ve been serving Gilpin County and Central City since 1994. My background includes land surveying, serving as Road and Bridge Director, and working in real estate since 2003 — giving me a unique, ground-level understanding of the land, infrastructure, and local regulations.
I specialize in helping clients find the right fit, whether that’s an existing home, a pre-build opportunity, or land with long-term potential.
