With deep roots in the Colorado mountains, I’ve been serving Gilpin County and Central City since 1994. My background includes land surveying, serving as Road and Bridge Director, and working in real estate since 2003 — giving me a unique, ground-level understanding of the land, infrastructure, and local regulations.
I specialize in helping clients find the right fit, whether that’s an existing home, a pre-build opportunity, or land with long-term potential. My knowledge extends beyond the obvious listings to hidden gems, future development areas, and premium commercial and investment opportunities throughout Central City, Black Hawk, and surrounding communities.
I’ve also worked as a consultant to investors in the gaming industry, providing insight into how it shapes local markets across Gilpin and Clear Creek counties.

Caleb Skeen
Has been an integral part of the Gilpin County community since 2006, when he began working at the Gilpin County Recreation Center as a lifeguard and later as a camp leader. Raised nearby in western Jefferson County, Caleb also dedicated seven years as a volunteer firefighter with the Golden Gate Fire Department, demonstrating his strong commitment to serving local communities.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has earned numerous certifications through his service with both the Golden Gate and Timberline Fire Departments. Caleb’s combination of local knowledge, leadership experience, and business expertise has led to his role as Operations Manager and Broker Associate at Heritage West Realty.
